1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of BM5 vehicles.

On December 30, 2016, the Defendant operated a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance from around December 12:48, 2016, without purchasing mandatory insurance on the road located in Busan Young-gu, but operating the said motor vehicle on the road located in Busan Young-dong.
