Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant: (a) around 01:00 on December 1, 201, the thief: (b) held the key of clothes, which was separated from the victim D as his hand, in the wwnasium B located in Chungcheongnam-si, Man-si; and (c) opened the clothes 45,000 won in cash and the 20,000 won in the market price consisting of four pages, such as the credit card of the new bank.
Accordingly, the Defendant stolen money and valuables equivalent to 65,000 won in total of the market price.
2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On December 1, 201, the Defendant purchased at the G convenience store operated by the Victim F located in Young-si District E on December 1, 201, an amount equivalent to KRW 25,000,000 of tobacco (w) price by presenting a stolen D credit card as referred to in the foregoing paragraph (1), and used a stolen credit card upon receipt of a tobacco per minute.
B. At around 01:42 on the same day, the Defendant used stolen credit cards by purchasing the amount equivalent to KRW 25,000 of the tobacco (e.g., tobacco) market using D’s credit card from the J convenience store operated by the victim I located in H in the same manner.
C. At around 01:48 of the same day, the Defendant used stolen credit cards at the K convenience store operated by the victims of the same booms of the same booms, by purchasing the amount equivalent to KRW 52,000 of the 2nd 2nd 2nd 2nd 2nd flue market using the same method as above, using D’s credit cards.
At around 02:14 on the same day, he/she used the number-free taxi to the calendar-dong of Gwangju Metropolitan City and used the 24,000 won of the usage price by using D’s credit card in the above manner.
E. At around 02:18 on the same day, at the MO point operated by the winners of the names of the victims of L located in Gwangju City, the amount equivalent to 52,00 won of tobacco (e.g., walthal) was purchased using D’s credit cards in the above manner.
