Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a shop with the trade name “Cat” in Busan Southern-gu B, and sells tobacco.

On May 22, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant acquired stolen goods after purchasing KRW 300,000, a total of KRW 70,000,000, in knowledge that D was stolen from five persons, including victims E, and KRW 375,00,00 in total.

B. At around 22:00 on July 2013, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 400,000, after being aware of the fact that D’s totaling KRW 500,000,00,000, was a total of KRW 30,000,000,00,000, which was stolen by the victim F, etc., for the following reasons: (a) 20,000,000: (b) 30,000 tobacco; (c) 20,000,000,000,000 won; and (d) 30,000,000,000 won; (d)

C. At around 22:00 at the end of August 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased 40,000,000, the total sum of KRW 500,000,00 in 20,000, 200,000,00,000,00,000, which were stolen by D from four persons, including the victim G, and acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 40,00,000,00,000,000,000.

On September 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased 40,000,000, the total sum of KRW 500,000,000,000, KRW 20,000,00,000,00,000,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,000,00,00,00,000,00,00.

E. On November 201, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00, at the above location, stolen from four victims, including the victim I, “Es” tobacco 3 lux and “fluence.”
