A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 4, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”) invaded on public women’s toilets on the first floor of the building Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu E, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, into the partitions, went into the partitions, and stolen the form of the Victim F (hereinafter “F”) who reported the urine in the side partitions.
