Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. From around 10:00 on September 2012 to around 10:05 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s convenience store business by force on the grounds that the victim of the defect intending to drink the uncalculated small-scale car, on the ground that the Defendant prevented the victim from doing so; (b) on the ground that the victim of the defect intending to drink the small-scale car in Busan Jin-gu B, Busan, Busan, the Defendant took a passive bath, such as “Chewing baby,” and interfered with the victim’s convenience store business.

B. The Defendant committed the crime of October 28, 2012, at the convenience store operated by the victim C from October 28, 2012 to October 09:20 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s convenience store business by force by forcing the customers who were in a convenience store to take a bath, such as “cock,” on the ground that the Defendant resisted the defective victim who was intending to take a small-scale share that was not calculated, and resisted to do so.

2. A thief, around 05:00 on September 2012, at the convenience store as indicated in paragraph (1) operated by the victim C, the Defendant stolen the gap in which employees E had neglected due care in calculating other customers’ goods from the calculation team, and caused a theft of the amount equivalent to KRW 1,450 on the market price in the cooling house.
