Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 9, 2012, at around 02:35, the Defendant: (a) purchased Bana, etc. at the D convenience store operated by the Victim C (AW, 43 years of age) in Kimhae-si, and sold Bana, and then found it again; (b) collected Bana, and sold it again; and (c) the Defendant frighted the victim the victim with the sound “flaging the signboard, flaging, and flaging it to the police and watching for viewing, where where the Chewing convenience store is anywhere; and (d) caused the victim to exchange Bana or refund the flab; and (e) provided that “I would not have any flab but any 1.5 million won per day if I want to do so, she would be likely to interfere with or threaten the victim’s business.”

2. Interference with business;
A.
