1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Attached drawings (3), (4), (5), (6), and (3) of the first floor of the building listed in the attached list;

Reasons

1. Indication of claim;

A. On November 14, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) indicated in the attached Form No. 3, (4), (5), (6), and (3) indicated in the attached Table No. 112.5 square meters of the leased deposit; (b) monthly rent of KRW 30 million; (c) monthly rent of KRW 2860,000 (including additional tax); (d) monthly management fee of KRW 140,000; and (e) from December 1, 2013 to November 30, 2015, the Plaintiff leased to the Defendant by setting the lease deposit money of KRW 30,000,000; and

B. On November 30, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a lease agreement again on the instant building under the same conditions as the said lease agreement, in addition to setting the lease term up until November 30, 2017.

C. From January 2016 to June 2016, the Defendant delayed payment of rent and management expenses, and the Plaintiff terminated the instant lease contract on this ground. On July 31, 2016, the Defendant’s unpaid rent and management expenses are KRW 24.5 million.

Therefore, the Plaintiff seek to the Defendant the amount equivalent to the delivery of the building of this case, the unpaid fees and the management fees.

2. Judgment made by the confession of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);
