1. The Defendant: (a) from December 2, 2014 to Plaintiff A, KRW 15,318,00 for each of the KRW 5,974,254, Plaintiff B, and C, and each of them.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The non-party E-building rearrangement project partnership established to implement a housing reconstruction project (hereinafter “non-party E-building project partnership”) filed a lawsuit seeking the registration of ownership transfer against the Plaintiff B and the Defendant, each of whom is the owner of the share of 99.18/2,515 square meters (hereinafter “the land No. 1 of this case”) in the Namyang-si located in the site for the reconstruction project, Namyang-si located in the site for the reconstruction project, and the Plaintiff B and C, each of which is the owner of the share of 325/1,300 square meters prior to the division, on July 8, 2010.
B. In order to determine the market price of each of the instant lands in the appellate court of the said lawsuit (as regards Plaintiff A, the District Court 2010Na16503, Plaintiff B, the same court 2010Na16244, Plaintiff C, the same court 201Na2198, and hereinafter referred to as “previous lawsuit against Plaintiff”), the Defendant, a certified public appraiser belonging to the I certified public appraiser’s office, entrusted the Defendant, who is the appraiser belonging to the I certified public appraiser’s office, with an appraisal of the market price of each of the instant lands or land No. 1 or 2.
