A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall obtain money from B who is an applicant for compensation, 288,600 won, and C who is an applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

around November 20, 2018, the Defendant stated that “I will send the F Game money (I) equivalent to KRW 5.5 billion if I first send the price of KRW 220,000,000,000 to the victim H through the Messenger G, which was posted by the victim H on the F Game-related G bulletin,” and that “I will send the game money (I) equivalent to KRW 5.5 billion if I send the price of KRW 220,000.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the game money.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, transferred KRW 220,000 to the account of an enterprise bank (J) under the name of the Defendant for the sales proceeds of game money on the same day from the victim.

In addition, from that time until March 16, 2019, the Defendant deceivings the victims on 19 occasions, such as the statement in the list of crimes (attached Form) in the above method, and received a total of 3,296,600 won from the victims.

On December 2, 2018, the Defendant posted an advertisement to sell game money on the Internet online game “F”-related G bulletin board around 17:49 on December 2, 2018, and then sent the amount of KRW 2.50,000 to the victim M who visited the Defendant first sending the amount of KRW 2.50,000 to the victim M who sent the said advertisement to purchase the said game money.The Defendant told that the amount of KRW 6.6 billion is KRW 1.6 billion.

However, because the defendant did not own the game money at the time, there was no intention or ability to send the game money even if he received money from the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was transferred KRW 250,00 from the victim to the N Bank Account (O) in the name of the Defendant for the sales proceeds of game money on the same day.

In addition, the defendant, from that time until January 3, 2019, induces victims three times, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form.
