Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim B(n, 28 years of age) and the patriotic relationship.

At around 23:53 on November 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the street in front of “Dcafeteria” located in Busan, the Defendant, on the ground that the Defendant had drinking alcohol in the frequency as the previous victim, but the victim said that he would drink the alcohol, and (b) caused the injury on the number of days of treatment, such as the victim’s entrance and the need for a hole in the left mouth, and the victim’s drinking alcohol.
