A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 07:00 on February 8, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts in Public Cpopulated Places) caused the gap in the victim E (in women, 42 years of age) in the oxygen room located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the victim E (influences, 42 years of age) and the part of the other victim’s sound and the part of the arche.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in a densely concentrated place.

2. No person who violates the Act on the Registration of Residents shall unlawfully use any third person's resident registration number;

On February 8, 2014, at around 07:45, the Defendant stated the name and resident registration number of H, who was aware of his knowledge in order to escape from criminal punishment, as if he were the Defendant’s name and resident registration number, as the Defendant’s name and resident registration number, in the circumstances belonging to the F District of the Seongbuk-dong Police Station in Seoul, Sung-dong, Seoul, upon receiving 112 reports on the indecent act as seen in the foregoing paragraph 1 above.

Accordingly, the Defendant unlawfully used the above H’s resident registration number.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (2) above, arrested as a current offender with forced indecent conduct from G during the above investigation, signed “H” on the confirmation column of the confirmation letter stating that “The gist of the suspected fact, the grounds for arrest, the appointment of a defense counsel, and the request for an arrested autopsy,” and submitted it to G during the above period. From 12:20 on the same day to 13:35 on the same day, from 12:20 to 13:35, Seongdong-gu Seoul, the Defendant signed the examination of the suspect at the I Office of Seongdong-dong Police Station I located in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, the Defendant signed “H” in the column of the statement of the suspect interrogation protocol and signed the seal affixed to the above signature, signed the above signature on the confirmation column of the investigative confirmation document, and submitted the above investigation protocol and confirmation document to the J.

Accordingly, the defendant is entitled to exercise his rights.
