1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. Plaintiff A purchased neighboring real estate, including G apartment, in Busan Dong-gu G apartment (hereinafter “G apartment”), Plaintiff C’s 403, Plaintiff C’s 501, Plaintiff D’s 601, Plaintiff E’s 901, and Plaintiff F’s 102, respectively, and Defendant C’s mar (hereinafter “Defendant Emar”) purchased neighboring real estate including G apartment, and promoted a regional housing association’s apartment sales project.

B. On June 2014, the Plaintiffs sold each of the G apartment units owned by the Plaintiffs by having the promotion committee of Defendant E-Ud and H District Housing Association as the purchaser.

(hereinafter “instant sales contract.” On December 10, 2014, the Plaintiffs, I, and J drafted a sales contract that changed the purchaser of the instant sales contract to Defendant Emni, Defendant Motion Pictures Development Co., Ltd. The Defendant Motion Pictures Development Co., Ltd. completed the registration of ownership transfer on the grounds of sale on December 10, 2014 with respect to the 7/10 portion of each household of G apartment purchased from the Plaintiffs.

C. Meanwhile, around January 2015, Defendant Empid prepared and issued a written confirmation as follows (hereinafter “instant written confirmation”) to the Plaintiffs.

We confirm that only the households wishing to sell apartment units of the regional housing association among the owners of G apartment units in the future of Busan Metropolitan City, the apartment units of the regional housing association in us can proceed with the apartment projects of the separate regional housing association in order to grant 8.5 million won per square year the right to sell the apartment units and to select the units and units of the apartment units, and it should be concluded regardless of the progress of the project in consultation with the general progress of the project.

From January 2015, the Defendants tried to build new apartments by means of a regional housing association in Kdong-dong around G apartment.
