Punishment of the crime

On November 1, 2013, at around 01:40, the Defendant driven a B B B B B-type car from a section of about 500 meters from the day before the instant house, which was located in the Chuncheon City Master’s Do Master’s Doctrine, to the front day of the B-Sene in the same way as the blood alcohol content, in a state of drinking content of 0.145%.
