On June 20, 2013: (a) around 03:25, the Defendant driven a B eco-car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 300 meters alcohol concentration 0.093% from a section of around 300 meters from the front day of the frequency of a fish farm in the Yacheon-si Master’s Republic of Switzerland to the front day of the confidential fireworks located in the same Dong.
