Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:00 in order of August 2013, the Defendant taken pictures against the victim’s will using the Defendant’s smartphone camera that the victim, who is a female incompet with his/her name, was deprived of his/her name in the mutual incompeting telephone located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2. No person who violates the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Distribution of obscenity) shall distribute information with obscene content distributed, sold, rented, or displayed openly through an information and communications network.

Nevertheless, at around 00:36 August 25, 2013, the Defendant posted the name-free women's balone photo transmitted from the French C Apartment 100 Dong 512, which is the Defendant's residence, to NAV, using smartphones, on the NAV P. Around 00:30 on August 25, 2013, at around 00:0:30 on August 27, 2013, the Defendant posted the name-free women's balone photo recorded as described in paragraph (1) on the above NAV, using the Defendant's smartphone, posted the balone photo of women who were sent from the French to smartphone from the French on August 27, 2013, and displayed it on the above NAVP, and distributed information openly.
