When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 9, 2013, at around 09:00, the Defendant: (a) invaded about about 10 square meters among the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, the Defendant, the Defendant’s residence, the victim D, which was adjacent to the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, the Defendant’s ownership, and invaded the boundary of the land owned by the victim by installing a pentle of 8m length.
