Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a person who resides in Gyeong-gun C and was living in Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun and land boundary dispute.

On April 2012, the Defendant received a reply that part of the pertinent D land, which was known as owned by the previous E, belongs to one’s own land as a result of a request for a cadastral survey to the Korea Cadastral Corporation Order Office of the Korea Cadastral Corporation by himself, and on the ground that the existing boundary does not coincide with the true status of rights, the above division unilaterally mobilized human parts without any mix, and removed a stone fence of about 10m length, which functioned as the boundary between the above land for about 40 years, thereby making it impossible to recognize the boundary of the above two lands.
