Defendant
A and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and April, and by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of four months.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A and Defendant B shall be divided into husband and wife Q (Co-representative B, hereinafter referred to as “ Q”)
And (State) A person who actually operates R (hereinafter referred to as “R”) is a representative director S, Defendant C is a former director of R, and Defendant D and Defendant E is a family owner.
(State)T (hereinafter referred to as “T”) is a new apartment construction project right located in V in Chuncheon City, in which U was located from the U on July 12, 2004 (hereinafter referred to as “U”) (hereinafter referred to as “T”) (hereinafter referred to as “U”).
A contract to take over B to 1 billion won was concluded, and on August 4, 2004, the above transfer price was paid by lending from Q to 1 billion won.
R entered into a contract with T on November 19, 2004 to acquire the business license in Chuncheon from T to 1.2 billion won, and on April 25, 2007, the R entered into a contract to sell the business license and its site in 19.3 billion won to Hyundai Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Modern Industrial Development").
R and Defendant A, on January 26, 2007, drafted a letter of commitment that R and Defendant A would jointly pay 2.5 billion won to the victim W if the victim W and the Party A would jointly pay 2.5 billion won if the Party A would not pay 2.5 billion won if the Party A’s investment was made in the Daejeon X by March 26, 2007.
(State)Y was unable to pay the victim W by March 26, 2007, the above 2.4 billion won, and R and Defendant A were liable to the victim W.
Accordingly, on December 14, 2007, the mediation was concluded that “R and Defendant A shall jointly and severally pay to the victim W by December 26, 2007, 200 million won.”
The victims W received the decision of provisional attachment on June 15, 2007 at the Seoul Central District Court 2007Ka 4029 with respect to the claim for the transfer price of Chuncheon project in order to secure R's claim for the development of modern industry.
