On July 5, 2016, A was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Daejeon District Court, and 2 years of suspended execution, which became final and conclusive on August 30, 2018.
『2016고단3723』(피고인들) 피고인 A은 납골당 분양 등을 목적으로 하는 ㈜Q, (주)R의 회장으로 불리면서 납골당 분양사업을 하는 사람이고, 피고인 B는 (주)Q의 부회장 등으로 활동하다가, 2014년경부터 (주)R의 대표이사로 근무하는 사람이다.
1. Defendant A’s fraud
A.
