A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Nevertheless, around 00:07 on October 22, 2017, the Defendant sent text messages to the victim to the effect that, for the purpose of meeting his/her sexual desire at a non-place below 00:07, the Defendant sent the victim a text that may cause sexual humiliation and aversion to the victim by transmitting the victim’s mobile phone “at any time when governance is replaced, no male who gets to drink, will be able to drink,”

In addition, from September 2017 to November 201 of the same year, the Defendant sent letters that may cause sexual humiliation and aversion to the victim for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire four times in total in the same manner as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
