Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving CEXA car.

On Aug. 30, 2004, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on Aug. 20:25, 2004, and driven the front road of the high-speed middle school in the main city of the Cheongju-si at a rate from the middle school to the private-speed speed of about 50km each other at a speed.
