1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 89,641,024 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 23, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and arguments of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the plaintiff entered into a discretionary processing contract with the defendant on November 1, 2012 and processed products on behalf of the defendant. The defendant did not pay a total of KRW 89,641,024 on the part of the defendant, 10, 2016.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the above fee of KRW 89,641,024 and the amount equivalent to 15% per annum from June 23, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning.
