Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Records] Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of forging private documents at the Seoul Western District Court on May 19, 2016, and one year and two months for the same year.
8. The judgment became final and conclusive on February 3, 2017, and on the same day, the Cheongju District Court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment due to a crime of invalidation of an indication in the line of duty, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the same day.
Defendant B was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and three years of suspended execution due to the charge of forging private documents at the Seoul Western District Court on May 19, 2016.
