All appeals by the Defendants and the Prosecutor are dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal asserts that each of the punishments imposed on the Defendants (two years of imprisonment, three years of suspended sentence, and fine of twenty million won in case of Defendant C) in the original trial is unreasonable because the Defendants are excessively unreasonable, and the prosecutor asserts that the amount of each punishment is unreasonable as it is too unfasible.

2. As new data on sentencing have not been submitted in the appellate court’s judgment, there is no particular change in sentencing conditions compared to those of the lower court.

In light of all the factors cited in the reasoning of the lower judgment’s sentencing as well as the overall sentencing factors revealed in the appellate court’s trial, it does not seem that each of the lower court’s punishment is too heavy to the extent that it exceeded the reasonable scope of discretion of the court.

Therefore, all of the defendants and the prosecutor's arguments are rejected.

3. In conclusion, each appeal by the Defendants and the Prosecutor is without merit, and all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
