A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 700,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court, and the same year.

7. 24. The same court was sentenced to the summary order of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime, and the summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime in the same court on September 2, 2009.

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a camera car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (i.e., an escape vehicle) and the Road Traffic Act (ii).

On February 22, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.124% among blood transfusions on 03:35, while driving the said car, and driving the point of 77.3km of the outerly circular expressway located in the Nowon-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Nowon-gu along the 77.3km away from the day-to-day boundary to the front intersection of the four-lane.

The Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, was driven in front of the right side of the Defendant’s car by driving the victim D(32 tax) driving E, E, E, E, T G37 car, which was driven prior to the same lane.

Ultimately, the Defendant by occupational negligence inflicted injury on the part of the victim D, such as the inner section, which requires approximately 3 weeks of medical treatment, and suffered injury on the victim F (n, 44 years of age) who was on the said part of the victim F (n, n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. n. )

On February 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven the said car sirens car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.124% in blood on February 22, 2016; (b) and (c) proceeded with the volume of 15km from an insular point from an insular point to the point of 7.3km in the outermost-dong of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Nowon-gu Highway 77.3km.
