1. The appeal by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) expanded from the appeal and the trial of the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Plaintiff).

Reasons

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) On January 23, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into the first sales contract in the attached list, owned by the Plaintiff, to the Defendant on January 23, 2007 (hereinafter “Cbuilding”).
