The defendant shall provide to the plaintiff 39/40 of the land listed in the attached Table No. 1 and the land listed in the attached Table No. 2.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On May 20, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase each of the lands listed in [Attachment 1 and 2] listed in [Attachment 1 and 2] and each of the buildings listed in [Attachment 3 (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) listed in [Attachment 1 and 2] from the Defendant (hereinafter “the instant sales contract”) and the buildings listed in [Attachment 3] in [Attachment 1 and 3] (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”).
