Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On December 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on one year and six months on April 17, 2018 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jung-Eup Prison on April 17, 2018.

[Criminal Facts] The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and thus cannot deal with psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (tentatively referred to as “philophones”; hereinafter referred to as “philophones”).

1. Around February 10, 2019, the Defendant purchased Handphones, around 04:00 to 05:00 on February 10, 2019, at around 04:0, the Defendant 200,000 won in cash from Gangnam-gu Seoul Building, and from No. C to D, 0.4 g of Handphones, and purchased Handphones by transferring 200,000 won in cash to the e bank account (F) used by D as the price for Handphones at around 05:44 on the same day.

2. Around February 10, 2019, the Defendant, at the same time and place as described in paragraph 1, administered 0.03g of chophones by dilution them into a chophone and administering them by means of injection to the Defendant’s left arms in a chosome.

3. On February 14, 2019, the Defendant purchased phiphones in a way that he/she transferred KRW 350,000 from phiphones to e bank account (F) used by D on February 14, 2019, and KRW 50,000 in total, around 20:35 on the following day. On February 14, 2019, around 04:00-00 to 05:00 on February 14, 2019, the Defendant purchased phiphones in a way that 0.75 g of phiphones from D in Seoul building B and C.

4. Around January 3, 2020, the Defendant administered philophones in a way that, around 00:10 on Jan. 3, 2020, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philophones into the Defendant’s left arms by dilution them from H heading of G building at the Namyang-si, Namyang-si.

5. Around January 7, 2020, the Defendant holding philophones carried philophones by means of inserting them into a credit cooperative in a scheme, which contains approximately 0.67 g of philophones in the G building H in Nam-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. Around January 7, 2020, the Defendant carried philophones by inserting philophones in the scheme.
