Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and ten months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on August 21, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 2, 2015.

The Defendant: (a) on the road at large speed in Seoul Gyeonggi-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) on the one hand, the Defendant is proceeding with the first car line; (c) on the one hand, accomplices are driving another vehicle and communicating with each other by telephone; and (d) on the other, they find out the vehicle close to the rear side while driving on the second line so that they do not change the vehicle; (b) on the other hand, they sent the signal called “top”; and (c) on the other hand, they intentionally stop the vehicle, without knowing the fact, and caused the accident to take part in the lower part of the vehicle; (d) on the other hand, the Defendant intentionally takes charge of causing an accident to have the vehicle driven at the rear; and (e) on the other hand, by taking part of the vehicle to receive insurance proceeds from the insurance company subscribed by the counter-party; and (e) on the other hand, the Defendant was compelled to take part in the vehicle to take part in the agreement to take part in the vehicle under the name of the vehicle owner to take part in the agreement to take part in the vehicle.
