1. Defendant A’s imprisonment for two years, Defendant B, and Defendant C’s imprisonment for one year and six months, Defendant D’s imprisonment for ten months, and Defendant E.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] Defendant F was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a period of one year and six months, and the judgment on May 3, 2014 became final and conclusive on April 25, 2014.

[2] The Defendants conspired in advance or in sequence to acquire insurance proceeds by intentionally causing a traffic accident using a motor vehicle

1. Defendant A and Defendant S’s joint crime (No. 1 of the crime sight table, and the payment details of insurance money No. 2) committed the Defendants with the intent to share the insurance proceeds by taking part of the vehicle suspected of driving drinking, following the collision with the vehicle suspected of driving drinking, using the vehicle from AH AH by Defendant A’s driver, and by taking part of the insurance company’s accident receipt.

On December 13, 2011, at around 02:45, the Defendants received an accident from the victim Samsungsung Disaster Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter all the Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd.) after receiving part of the vehicle following the AJ of the AI driver suspected of driving alcohol, and received the accident from the victim, as if the actual traffic accident occurred, the Defendants were to receive a total of KRW 1,689,880 as shown in the attached Form 1, 2, “the insurance payment statement” from the victim.

Defendant C and Defendant F’s joint criminal act (No. 2 of the crime sight table, and No. 4 of the payment of insurance proceeds) committed the following acts: (a) the Defendants discovered the vehicle in progress; (b) the Defendants conspired to share out the insurance proceeds after receiving some of them.

On April 11, 2011, the Defendants discovered the progress of AK's AK's AK's AK's vehicle, as agreed in advance, prior to the so-called SaK's SaK's SaV in Ansan-dong, Seocho-gu, Ansan-si on April 11, 201, and subsequently, caused AK to face intentionally, and cause AK to speak as if the actual traffic accident occurred. This is attached to the victim.
