When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) unloaded from the frontway of “D” located in Singju City, 01:20 on July 24, 2016, while reporting that E (n, 20 years of age) passes; and (b) laid down the sex organ.

In other words, the act of self-defensing was openly obscene.

2. After the Defendant committed the crime described in paragraph 1, the Defendant laid down at a taxi stop at the entrance of a breath in the vicinity of the above place and laid down his hand within the 20 years old E and F (Taking, 20 years old) and carried his sexual flag into the boom, thereby openly obscenity.
