Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving Dmer trucks.

On October 2, 2013, around 07:15, the Defendant proceeded at an insular speed at the three-lane road near the entrance of the Dongcheon-gu, Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-do, in accordance with two-lanes from the boundary of the Independence Hall of Korea to the Yacheon-do.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim by occupational negligence by “cerebral cerebrovascular” at the F Hospital per minute around 18:15 on October 14, 2013.
