If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:00 on June 9, 2013, the Defendant driven B K5 car in the state of blood alcohol content of about 0.116% at the section of about 10km, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, from the Geum River parking lot near the red control station located in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, to the 11:11 day from the same day.
