A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the prosecution against threat of existence is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

On February 8, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Western District Court for the crime of interference with business, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on March 12, 2018 at the Seoul Southern District Court. Around 22:00 on October 22, 2019, the Defendant insultd the victims by referring to the victim E, who is a wife of the victim E, and is a victim F, who is a wife of the victim E, and was aboard the bus in the independent bus bus stop located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, to “the victim F, who is a wife of the victim E, has a bit of bitch.”
