1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of ten months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Defendant A] around 11:00 on July 4, 2019, at the end of the victim B’s house located in Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, Defendant A caused approximately 60cm of the distribution line of the septic tank, which was connected to the wall of the above Bara, to be cut off to cover repair costs equivalent to KRW 1.60,00 in the market price.

Nevertheless, at around 11:01 on July 17, 2019, the Defendant submitted the above written complaint to G by the police station of Seoul Central library that is investigating the case of assault, such as the description in paragraph (1).
As a result, the Defendant reported false facts to public offices for the purpose of having them punished.
