Punishment of the crime

The Defendant did not intend to pay game costs, etc.;

On September 14, 2012, around 00, by deceiving the victim D who operated the above scambling with the attitude that he/she seems to pay game expenses, etc. in the cambling room located in Suwon-gu, Busan on September 5, 2012, by deceiving the victim D, which is operating the above scambling room, and by deceiving 1,500 won in total

2. On September 8, 2012, in the Fcception room located in Suwon-gu, Busan, by deceiving the victim G operating the aforesaid cception room by deceiving the victim G, which is operating the said ception room, the sum of 11,600 won was obtained.
