A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 23, 2010, the Defendant sentenced the Changwon District Court to six months of imprisonment for fraud, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Changwon Prison on May 14, 201.

1. On October 21, 2013, around 00:05, the Defendant issued an order to pay the price to the Emnobane via the window C victim D at Changwon-si, and the Defendant acquired the price by deception, i.e., KRW 100,000, including 100,000, i.e., 100, i., e., 100,000 from the victim, although she does not have any intent or ability to pay the price despite drinking.

2. On October 28, 2013, around 20:20, the Defendant issued an order for the H singing room operated by F Victim G in the window of Changwon-si, and the Defendant received from the victim the sum of KRW 120,000 (10,000,00,000) of the 120,00 from the victim, i.e., beer and received from the victim, who did not have any intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she drinks, but is not capable of paying the price.

3. On October 28, 2013, the Defendant ordered 130,000 won, i.e., 10 Macro 10,000 won, including 10 Macro 10 and 10 Macro 10,000 won, from the victim’s seat, and acquired it through the victim’s deception, where the Defendant ordered Macro 10,000 won, in which the Defendant had no intent or ability to pay the price, even if she drinks alcohol.

4. On October 29, 2013, the Defendant issued an order for the alcohol and alcohol to pay the price, etc. even if he/she does not have any intent or ability to pay the price, and then acquired it by deceptioning KRW 25,000, including 10 disease and 100,000, from the victim, i.e., i., e., 10 disease and 25,000.

5. On December 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 20:30, at the Pinging shop operated by the Victim’s O (C 105) at Changwon-si’s window C 105; and (b) even at the time of drinking, the amount is paid.
