1. The case is limited to the case on January 16, 2013 in which the said court rendered a limitation on liability of the shipowner, etc. at the Daejeon District Court Branch of Seosan 2008.

1. Basic facts

(a) In the event of oil pollution accident, Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (1) and Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (T-5) and auxiliary fleet Samsung T-3, Samsung 1, and T-A-1 and T-A-A (A-1) are sailing a tugboat on December 7, 2007, when the fleet was sailing in one tugboat, the towing line of Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (T-5) 6:0,000, 6:00, 6:00,000 Southwest-west, west-west, west-west, west-gun, west-gun, west-gun, west-gun, west-do (N. 36°52'10, 126∑ 03' 10,00 east-do, and 126·06 07:06 07,000 crude oil oil tanker C-Ip84, 194 tons at all.

2) The raw milk leaked out of the instant accident began to enter the northwest and into the coast, and to contact the coast of the Yan-gun, Taean-gun, Taean-gun, Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. For 4 days, it rapidly spreaded to the coast extending a total of 70 km away from the coast of the westan-gun, Taewon-gun, Taean-gun to the coast of the westan-gun, Taewon-gun, Taean-gun, Seoan-gun, to the coast of the westan-gun, Taewon-gun, Taean-gun, Taean-gun, and then reaches a part of the coast and the coast of the west-gun.

In the 9th day, crude oil, which is not abutting on the coast, moved from the sea to the tar, arrived at the sea of the west-gun, the 11th day to the west-gun, the 31th day to the west-si, the 31th day to the west-gun, Jeju-do, Jeju-do.

B. (1) Plaintiff B is the person who is engaged in the processing business in the name of “C”, and Plaintiff D is the person who is engaged in the business in the name of “E” in the name of “E”, and in the name of “E” in Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.

B. The plaintiff G, H, I, and J are those who obtained a license for the cultivation of seaweeds in each of the following areas and have engaged in the Kim Incheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.
