Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 15, 2013, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of 4 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Youngcheon District Court's Young-gu branch on October 15, 2013, and on October 8, 2013, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

1. On November 12, 2014, the Defendant was driving a C rocketing car with blood alcohol concentration of 0.101% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license to drive it on the front of the C king-dong in the king-si, Cheongcheon-si, Gyeongcheon-si, from November 22:29, 2014.

2. The Defendant: (a) reported the police officer of the Goang Police Station traffic control division who controls drunk driving at the same time as the preceding paragraph; and (b) had the intent to commit as if the Defendant was convicted D in order to conceal the fact that he/she had driven a driver without a drinking license.

On November 12, 2014, at around 22:29, the Defendant: (a) stated “D” in each driver column of the notification of the results of the drinking driving control and the report on the actual state of the driver, and used the document in the name of “D” in the name of “D”; (b) forged the document in the name of “D”; and (c) submitted the document to the Chief E of the Gyeonggi-do Police Station Traffic Management Department of the Gyeonggi-do Police Station that may not be aware of the fact that the document was duly formed.
