A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 24, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million to a fine of KRW 7 million in the same court on July 17, 2012 with the same crime, etc. at least twice in the Chungcheong District Court's Chungcheong Branch on May 24, 2010, respectively, for the violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On April 2, 2019, at around 19:17, the Defendant driven a dial car with blood alcohol concentration of 0.185% from a 3km section from the front of a restaurant near C and under the mutual scam in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, to the front of the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, the Defendant driven a dial car with blood alcohol concentration of 0.185%.
