Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:10 on August 10, 2014, the Defendant was driving a C Lasttop car under the influence of alcohol of about 400 meters with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.057% without obtaining a driver’s license, from the front day of the 798 Suyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si to the front day of the 3rd day of the identity apartment in front of the same Gu.

2. On August 10, 2014, the Defendant was required to present a driver’s license by the head of the police station D Zone D of the Yongsan Police Station, which caused a traffic accident while driving his/her driver’s license in front of his/her identity apartment in front of his/her own 3rd day of Goyang-gu, Yongsan-gu.

The defendant, who is a public document in possession, presented that he was the first class F's second class ordinary driver's license in the name of the defendant F in the name of the director of the Seoul Local Police Agency.

Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.

3. On August 10, 2014, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) around 01:40, the Defendant: (b) stated F’s name in the column of the circumstantial driver report; (c) stated F’s name in the column of the primary driver report; and (d) forged F’s report on detection of the primary driver under the F F’s name; and (c) forged the column of the primary driver report.

4. At the time and place specified in paragraph (3), the Defendant: (a) sent the forged report and the circumstantial report on the driver to the head of the Si/Gun/Gu Police Station D District E, which may in knowledge of the fact have been duly formed; and (b) exercised the same at the time and place specified in paragraph (3).
