1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) on the principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be principal lawsuit and counterclaim.
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except where "the defendant" is deemed to be "the plaintiff" at the last 6th of the judgment of the first instance, and thus, it is also acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and all appeals against the plaintiff's principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
