1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

The reasoning for the court's explanation of this case is that the court of first instance is the same as the court of first instance, except that "from April 25, 2015, the day after the delivery of a copy of the counter-claim," in the 7th part of the judgment of the court of first instance, "from the day after the delivery of a copy of the counter-claim," and therefore, it shall be cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure

If so, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and all appeals against the plaintiff's principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
