The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

As to the assertion of mistake of facts, the court below duly adopted and examined the evidence and the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence, namely, victim D’s legal statement, victim E’s investigation agency and court of the court below, which are valuable evidence corresponding to the facts charged in the instant case, are specific and consistent and are highly reliable. At the time, victim E reported that the Defendant was drinking and frighting the Defendant, and the Defendant used the police’s “E” at the police station.
