Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

Punishment of the crime

Before separation, joint Defendant C (hereinafter “Defendant”) operated an illegal game room in the name of “E Gameland” from November 11, 2016 to December 5, 2016. Defendant F is a joint proprietor who invested in the above game room operating fund and received profits in installments. Defendant G is a head of the above game room; Defendant A is a head of the night exchange, Defendant H is a manager of the above game room; Defendant A is a manager of the night business; Defendant C is an employee of Defendant C who manages the overall game room as the wife of Defendant C, who is a unemployment owner; Defendant J and Defendant K are employees; Defendant C is a joint owner of Defendant F, Defendant F, a joint owner of the game, and Defendant F, taking charge of settlement of profits with Defendant C and Defendant C at night.

No one shall exchange, arrange for exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of a game product, and distribute, provide for use, display or store game products with contents different from those of the game products classified as ratings.
