A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On November 8, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 from the Incheon District Court Branch of the Incheon District Court to a fine of KRW 1,50,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 4,00,000 as a fine for the same crime from May 3, 2013 to the same support.

[2] On December 19, 2017, at around 17:05, the Defendant driven B Poter cargo under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 3km from around 0.098% during blood while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.098% from the 3km Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju High District road to the 381 front road.
