Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The injured party B (n, 40 years of age) is a person operating the D'D' sports forum in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and the defendant became aware of the injured party's communication to the sports venue as a customer.

1. On October 15, 2015, the Defendant transmitted the Defendant’s sexual image files in the same manner five times in total, as shown in the list of crimes, at the Defendant’s home located in the Chang-si Ma-si, Chang-si, Chang-si, the Defendant’s mobile phone, including transmitting the Defendant’s sexual image files to the victimized party’s mobile phone via citing the Defendant’s mobile phone, and then transmitting the Defendant’s sexual image files to the damaged party’s mobile phone from April 9, 2016 to April 15:03, 2016.

As above, the Defendant sent to the victim images that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion using mobile phones with intent to arouse or satisfy his or another person’s sexual desire.

2. Compulsory indecent acts;

A. On April 14, 2016, at around 10:20 on April 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) attempted to forcibly commit an indecent act against the victim; (b) attempted to keep the victim’s chest and a part of the sound part of the victim’s chest by hand; and (c) refused to leave the chest and a part of the sound part of the victim’s chest by hand; and (d) refused to leave the victim’s “Arhhhhhhhn
