Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2016, at around 03:00, the Defendant driven the C-Wz car owned by B from the section of the length to the adjacent news in the parking lot from the Rafar's underground parking lot to the above parking lot exit zone, around 65-day, Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon.
