At around 04:50 on June 10, 2013, the Defendant driven B-low-scale car at approximately 500 meters prior to the Gacheon University located in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, with the influence of alcohol content of 0.146%.
