On October 31, 2014, at around 14:34, the Defendant driven a B-learning car at the Sungnam-dong Uniform-dong, Sungnam-dong, 609-3Gacheon-dong, G-do, Sungnam-dong, with approximately 100 meters of alcohol level 0.27% of alcohol level.
